How long does it take to ship my order? 
All orders placed before 10:00 am (EST) will be processed the same day and shipped out sooner,  excluding holidays and weekends.

How much is shipping? 
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders above $100; orders below the minimum will be charged $8.50 for shipping.

What are your payment methods? 
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Money orders, Certified bank checks, and Personal checks. Please note: Payments submitted via personal check will take a little longer to clear before orders can be shipped.

Where is my order coming from? 
BargainXtras.com is an Authorized Dealer of many brands we carry, therefore, orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or by one of the following distribution centers, located in Elmont, NY;  Hawthorne, CA; Moorpark, CA; Bainbridge Island, WA; Lorain, Ohio; St. Louis, MO; or others. Please note: Due to size restrictions and item availability, all packages may not be shipped together as a single unit or arrive concurrently; we will email you a tracking number for each package that has left the warehouse as soon we receive it from the carrier.

What if I place a large order? Will I receive all items in one package?
In order to offer the best possible savings, items are stored and shipped from various warehouses located in the West Coast; therefore, all packages may not be shipped as a single unit or arrive concurrently.

What is your return policy?
BargainXtras.com Guarantees 100% Customer Satisfaction*. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt NO Questions Asked.

Please note: Item(s) must be returned in its original condition including all original packing material, all product parts, accessories, etc. To return an item, please follow these steps: Simply e-mail us describing the issue, and we will evaluate the problem and get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with the RMA number and return shipping address. Please note: All returns must be unused and will not be accepted without the RMA number. Returns cannot be shipped to the address provided on our Website. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Be sure to have a tracking number when returning item(s), and please, try not to write directly on the manufacturer's box. Do you take phone orders? 

You may place your order 24/7 through our secure online Web store. Just place the item(s) you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. It’s faster and 100% safe and secure. Once you are ready to checkout, simply click on the checkout button on your shopping cart. You will then enter the checkout process, which consists of four steps.

Unfortunately, due to a small staff, we have very limited time for phone orders, however,  if you prefer to place your order by phone, for your convenience, we've created specific hours for phone orders. These hours are 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. To place your order by phone, please call us toll free during the above hours at 1-(877) -219-8727.

What if an item is not available? 
Our goal is to ship your order for stock items within 24 - 48 hours. Occasionally, due to the popularity of an item, the warehouse may run out of stock for a very short time. This rarely happens; however, if this should happen, shipping lead times may become extended. If your order includes an item that has been placed on back-order, you will promptly be notified by one of our sales representatives, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order. Keep in mind, our customers are the judge; you will have the choice to either request a refund for an item that isn’t in stock or wait for your shipment until we restock it. Normally, if the item has been discontinued, we will automatically credit your account for that item(s) and notify you promptly. This rarely happen, but if it does, we will do the best we can to meet your needs. Because of our quick shipments, it may not always be possible to make changes or additions to your order. If you need to add or exchange merchandise, we will be happy to do that for you as long the order has not been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we can place an additional order for you.

What if my order arrives defective or has been damaged during shipment? 
All items are over-checked before shipping; however, if your order arrives at your door broken or damaged, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and we will send the replacement. Please note: Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable.

BargainXtras.com will not charge you sales tax on orders being shipped to states outside of New York . Within New York , an 8.625% sales tax is applied.
