How long does it take to ship my order? All orders placed before 10:00 am (EST) will be processed the same day and shipped out within 24-48 business hours or sooner, excluding holidays and weekends.
What’s your shipping policy?BargainXtras.com has a very flexible shipping policy which is designed to make your shopping experience very satisfying. You'll receive Free Ground Shipping on many items to any location inside the continental United States (Lower 48 States). Free shipping is indicated on the items' product pages. Example: *Free Ground Shipping valid on items marked FREE SHIPPING only. The offer cannot be combined with any other item(s). If you have items in your cart marked free shipping and you wish to purchase additional items where shipping charges must apply, you must submit a separate order for those items, otherwise. The shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Also, the free shipping offer is valid for only orders that qualify for and ship via UPS Ground Shipping within the contiguous lower 48 States (AK, HI, PR, and International orders are excluded). What are your payment methods? We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Money orders, Certified bank checks, and Personal checks. Please note: Payments submitted via personal check will take a little longer to clear before orders can be shipped.
Where is my order coming from? BargainXtras.com is an Authorized Dealer of many brands we carry; therefore, all orders are processed in Elmont, NY and shipped directly from the manufacturer or by one of the following distribution centers, located in Hawthorne, CA; Moorpark, CA; Bainbridge Island, WA; Lorain, Ohio; St. Louis, MO; or others. Please note: Due to size restrictions and item availability, all packages may not be shipped together as a single unit or arrive concurrently; we will email you a tracking number for each package that has left the warehouse as soon we receive it from the carrier.
What if I place a large order? Will I receive all items in one package? In order to offer the best possible savings, items are stored and shipped from various warehouses located in the West Coast; therefore, all packages may not be shipped as a single unit or arrive concurrently.
How secure is your Website for credit card processing? All orders placed by you will be transmitted to us via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All information is encrypted by the software. No credit card numbers, names, or addresses are ever at risk. Once we receive your information, all access to it is limited and protected against unauthorized use.
What is your return policy?

Do you take phone orders? You may place your order 24/7 through our secure online Web store. Just place the item(s) you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. It’s faster and 100% safe and secure. Once you are ready to checkout, simply click on the checkout button on your shopping cart. You will then enter the checkout process, which consists of four steps. What if an item is not available? Our goal is to ship your order for stock items within 24 - 48 hours. Occasionally, due to the popularity of an item, the warehouse may run out of stock for a very short time. This rarely happens; however, if this should happen, shipping lead times may become extended. If your order includes an item that has been placed on back-order, you will promptly be notified by one of our sales representatives, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order. Keep in mind, our customers are the judge; you will have the choice to either request a refund for an item that isn’t in stock or wait for your shipment until we restock it. Normally, if the item has been discontinued, we will automatically credit your account for that item(s) and notify you promptly. This rarely happen, but if it does, we will do the best we can to meet your needs. Because of our quick shipments, it may not always be possible to make changes or additions to your order. If you need to add or exchange merchandise, we will be happy to do that for you as long the order has not been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we can place an additional order for you.
What if my order arrives defective or has been damaged during shipment? All items are over-checked before shipping; however, if your order arrives at your door broken or damaged, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and we will send the replacement. Please note: Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable.
How do you handle my privacy? Your personal information will remain private and confidential. BargainXtras.com respects your privacy; we will never sell, rent, share, or market your privacy to any other company or third parties. This information is valuable to us because it helps us better serve our customers. BargainXtras.com takes all reasonable steps to protect our customers’ personal data. Do I pay sales tax? BargainXtras.com will not charge you sales tax on orders being shipped to states outside of New York. Within New York, an 8.625% sales tax is applied.
Do you ship outside of the United States? We have Partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide! Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a U.S. address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders. International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates. Please Note: International orders are subject to additional charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturer restrictions or US law.
Do you substitute items? Many of our items are re-designed & modified on a yearly basis; the differences may involve slight variations in the napkins, liner fabrics, colors, and styles. You will be notified by one of our sales reps to determine whether you wish to go with the new model at an equal or greater value at no additional charge before your order is shipped. Otherwise, the alternative is to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Can I check the status of my order? Absolutely! You will receive an email once the package(s) has left the warehouse, along with a tracking number. At that point, you may login to your account using the user name and password you chose when you placed the order to obtain all of the latest updates about your shipment(s).
Do you maintain a retail store or may I pick up my order? Sorry. At this time, we conduct business online and via phone orders only; however, we do plan to open a retail store in the NY area in the future. If you would like to be notified when the store opens, please send us an email.
Can I have my order wrapped? It’s a gift? We can assist you with many of the items that we sell at an extra charge. However, we need to know the item number, along with the quantity that you are ordering. You will need to call 877-219-8727 or email us first so that we can determine the possibility; once we have an answer, we’ll either call you or reply promptly via email. Keep in mind that gift wrapping service is not available for every item on our site; when it is available, it may require additional time before we are able to ship the item(s) to you.
How do I know the transit time? We use UPS as our primary carrier. From the time the package(s) leaves our warehouse, UPS ships as follows: UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
