Hassle Free Returns - To qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee the item must be returned to BargainXtras.com in its original package in new, unused condition. Products returned that not in the same condition they were in when they left our warehouse will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the cost of shipping the item back to us and you may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. In the unlikely event that you have been shipped the wrong item by mistake, contact us immediately and we will see that the problem is corrected right away. The proper item will be shipped without delay to you at no extra cost. Unfortunately, custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Merchandise - If the product you have purchased has been damaged in shipment please notify us immediately. BargainXtras.com will make sure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible and will pay the cost of return shipping. We want you to be satisfied. However, if no damages are found a 25% restocking fee will be charged as well as the original & return shipping charges. To report a damaged product please email or call us toll free: 1-877-219-8727.
Refused Shipment - If you notice that the product has been damaged when it is delivered to your home and refuse to accept shipment, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to determine what happened and will make sure that a replacement product is sent to you at no cost. If you would refuse to accept a shipment for any other reason and it is returned to us you will be subject to paying a restocking fee.
In order to process your return please email us with the following information:
1- Full name and address 2- Phone number 3- E-mail address 4- Packing slip (if applied) 5- Original Order Confirmation Number 6- The reason for returning the merchandise
To request an RMA number, please send us an email including all the information stated above; we will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is to be used to complete the exchange. Please note: RMA numbers are valid for only 5 business days from issue date and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the shipment. Refund Notice:
Please note that all refunds will be processed after the returns are received from the warehouse; in addition, it may take up to 10 business days for credits to apply to the credit card used for the purchase. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
