Commercial Carriers:
We have chosen our carrier based on dependability and speed. For most orders we use UPS Ground shipping for delivery unless you specify differently in your order. Your product will be assigned a tracking number so that you can follow it from our warehouse to your door; ground shipping generally takes 3-8 business days for delivery. If you need an item sooner, expedited shipping can be arranged at an extra cost. If any item is damaged during shipping we will make sure that a replacement will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs:
Many items will be shipped to you for FREE to any location inside the continental U.S. however if your order includes an item(s) which does not specify FREE SHIPPING, you will be charged a shipping fee calculated during checkout. There are some circumstances where shipping your item could cost more if there are special handling instructions or if assembly or set up is requested. You can upgrade any shipment to include inside delivery and assembly; otherwise the item will be left at your front door. When a commercial carrier is used for large or fragile items, they will contact you to setup delivery in advance.
Delivery Limitations:
BargainXtras.com delivers to continental United States. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska but at an extra cost, however, customer will need to email or call for eligibility and shipping quotes. There are some oversized freight items that will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally. Due to manufacturers restrictions, as well as international and domestic laws, there may be some restrictions that apply to shipping outside the United States, you will be notified promptly as soon as we find out from the supplier. We are not able to deliver to APO, FPO, or P.O. boxes.
Weather Conditions & Other Unexpected Issues Statement:
We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to unexpected weather conditions and other issues. We will inform you on any updates we receive from the carrier(s). Therefore, we suggest you to allow us additional time for orders to arrive. Keep in mind: All items damaged during shipment are covered by the carrier. However, if you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please report this to the carrier that delivered the item if possible or contact us immediately upon receiving the shipment and your claim will be processed immediately.
