This Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the bargainxtras.com Online Service. By using the bargainxtras.com website, you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice.  Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the bargainxtras.com website.  Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Item Descriptions:
We have made every effort to describe each item as accurately and honestly as possible; we also try to include a picture for your review.  Please feel free to e-mail us if we have missed anything.  By placing an order with us, you acknowledge all questions have been answered.  If a product offered by bargainxtras.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its unused condition.

How to Return an Item(s)?:
Simply e-mail us describing the issue, we will evaluate the problem and get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with the (RMA) number and return shipping address.  Please note: All returns must be unused and will not be accepted without the (RMA) number.  Returns cannot be shipped to the address provided on our website.  Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Be sure to not write directly on the manufacturer's box; you may use a shipping label so that the box may be reused.  Thanks for your cooperation!

In order to process your returns, we require the following information.  If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return. 

      1- Full name and address
      2- Phone number
      3- E-mail address
      4- Packing slip (if applied)
      5- Original Order Confirmation Number
      6- The reason for returning the merchandise

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the nature of customization, hygiene, and health issues, the following items cannot be returned: *Picnic blankets, items purchased from pewter category, however, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will be more than happy to send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. 

Defective or Damaged Items:
All items are over-checked before shipping, however, if your order arrives at your door broken, damaged, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company.  Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.  Please note: Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable.

Item Availability:
Our goal is to ship your order for stock items within 24 - 48 hours.  Occasionally, due to the popularity of an item, the warehouse may run out of stock for a very short time.  This rarely happens, however, if this should happen, shipping lead times may become extended.  Keep in mind, our customers are the judge, you will have the options to either request for a refund for that particular item(s) which wasn’t in stock, or we can always ship it to you as soon as it is restocked.  Normally, if the item is discontinued, we will automatically credit your account for that item(s) and notify you promptly.  Like we said earlier, this rarely happen, but if it does, we will do the best we can to meet your needs. Because of our quick shipments, it may not always be possible to make changes or additions to your order since orders are released immediately into our supplier’s distribution system.  If you need to add merchandise or do an exchange, we will be happy to do that for you as long the order has not been shipped or we can place an additional order for you. 

Bargainxtras.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to our site.  Our staff may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request.

Payment Information:
We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Money orders, Cashier’s checks.  Personal checks will be held 5-10 days to clear; please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.  If paying by personal check or money order, payments must be received within 15 days of the date the order was placed.  We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.  We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.  To submit payment via check or money order, please mail to: BargainXtras.com P.O. Your Account:
If you use the Site, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  Your password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use.  Bargainxtras.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Sales Tax:
 Bargainsxtras.com will not charge you sales tax on orders being shipped outside of the state of New York. Orders shipped within New York state, there is an 8.625% sales tax that will be applied.

Children’s Notice:
Bargainxtras.com does not sell products for purchase by children.  If you are under the age of 18, you are required to seek the approval of your guardian or parent in order to shop from this site.

Lost Shipments:
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally packages do get lost in shipping by the carriers.  We use UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and DHL, and if this should happen, we will gladly credit your account as soon as the carrier validates your claim.

Orders Cancellation:
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and shipped out, due to our commitment to processing orders quickly; our warehouse is immediately notified of orders to be shipped.  However, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Typographical errors:
Bargainxtras.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, item sizes, photography, or application.  In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you via e-mail with the correct pricing information.  Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Products Warranty:
At bargainxtras.com, we sell only the finest products.  All products are covered under the manufacture’s warranty and must be serviced by the manufacturer for warranty coverage.  Bargainxtras.com does not warranty any of these products or services.  All requests about the products should be made directly to the manufacturer, in accordance with their terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to make changes to this site and to these Conditions at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
